8月23日，《极限挑战宝藏行》云南站第一程结束，杨超越含泪告别孩子们说：“我看到你的时候就觉得跟我妹妹一样，这两天你的愿望我都有努力帮你实现，但是以后的愿望可能我没办法时时关注到你，但我希望你能靠自己努力把愿望实现，也希望你喜欢的羽毛球成为你最快乐的支撑。”
据悉，东方卫视《极限挑战宝藏行·三区三州公益季》在结束上一次新疆站的旅程后，极挑团再度启程，贾乃亮、郭京飞、邓伦和秦昊、杨超越将携手新朋友王珞丹、任嘉伦一起来到云南省丽江市宁蒗彝族自治县，帮助当地学生“圆梦”。

2019年3月2日，其所在组合火箭少女101在“突尼斯之夜”活动中被突尼斯共和国驻华全权大使迪亚·哈立德先生授予了最佳杰出贡献奖，致力于中突文化的友好交流；3月16日，作为国际篮联篮球世界杯官方助力大使出席在深圳举行的男篮世界杯分组抽签仪式。
3月27日，参与地球一小时活动，并担任了WWF明星志愿者；12月25日，担任浙江省妇女儿童基金会全新公益项目“暖心”推广大使，为偏远地区的妇女送去“健康暖心包”，并传递正确的妇科护理知识。
2020年3月6日，杨超越参与拍摄的抗击疫情主题公益宣传片《同饮一江水 致敬守护者》在安徽卫视播出；7月25日，参与共青团中央、中宣部联合发起的大型图书捐赠公益项目“光华公益书海工程”，助力云南当地的贫困小学筹建公益图书室，同时还参与了中央广播电视总台联合共青团中央推出的融媒体扶贫项目《一起上书房》直播活动。
7月28日，作为浙江省妇女儿童基金会“暖心大使”参与低保家庭儿童关爱公益项目“焕园”，为低保困境儿童改善房间环境，提供成长陪伴。

同时作为一名学生会成员，我在2005年被选为商学院学生会体育部部长。在我所策划的活动中值得一提的是，我们曾通过数学计算对自己组织的校园篮球联赛（Probability and Statistics）进行评估，并首创地发行了校园篮球**。我们最后共卖出400张篮球**，净盈利500rmb，所得款被全数捐给了慈善机构。校园活动给予了我自信， 创新的意识，和以目标为导向的处世态度。In the activities that I planned

Especially in the days during Shanghai Special Olympic Game I saw the deep desire in hearts of people with each other. When we faced with departure moment after the ending of Special Olympic Game we exchanged gifts, hugged, even kissed with the players who had got along with us for 2 weeks to express mutual reluctance to part. In the aspect of literature I reciate very much “ The Theory of Moral Sentiments” written by Adam Smith, and some works written by Stefan Zweig. I could feel the delicate feelings of the authors and get great resonance, I even wrote a novel of 30 thousand words under the impact of them. In the aspect of sports basketball is my forite, and I he excellent skills in dribbling and three-point shot.
